Ecuador 70% Cocoa Hot Chocolate Tablets
Ingredients: Ecuadorean cocoa paste, 70%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin
Preparation:
Place 2-3 tablets of chocolate in a cup, cover with a little hot milk, or non-dairy alternative, leave to soften for 60 seconds, then stir until melted. Top up with hot milk, whisk, and enjoy!
